Hennessey Performance recently unveiled their limited edition Maximus Gladiator. Boasting a 6.2-liter Hellcat V-8 engine over a standard Gladiator’s 3.6 liter V-6. The Maximus offers four times the power over the standard Gladiator with 1000 horsepower and 933 pound-feet of torque over the standard 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque, all with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The Maximus also has a higher ground clearance with 17.1 inches over the 11.1 inches offered by the standard Jeep Gladiator. Jeep’s long-awaited Gladiator model is currently experiencing solid sales in the US, with roughly 2,500 sold in May alone with the average price tag of $56,403. At the same time, is working on making the Gladiator available to the European market. On first June 2017, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) announced that out of the 2,600 nationwide Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, Dodge and FIAT dealerships, the Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was one of the 387 that earned the 2017 Customer First Award for Excellence certification. The official award ceremony took place on June 6th at Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge which is located at 4007 Boston Road in Bronx in New York. The head of the customer experience at the FCA US Northeast Business Center, Zachary Kentor, attended the event.
