The RCV Performance Ultimate CV Axles for Jeep JL Dana 30 provide unmatched strength and levelness of ride quality you can feel. RCV 1-piece JL Axle Kits replace the OEM 2-piece axles and FAD coupler with a single shaft. The inner shaft is designed to fit the FAD axle seals, and provide clearance to re-install the FAD module. The FAD will function, but instead of shifting the coupler in the axle, the fork will just move across the inner axle. This does not cause any functionality issues or dash light warnings. RCVs CV Axles eliminate vibration, swaying, and teetering caused by the uneven power delivery of a u-joint axle. The RCV Jeep JL CV Axles for Dana 30 is 18% larger than their previous Dana 30 design and uses their same Dana 60 engineering. The RCV CV Axles provide 6 points of fully-engaged contact throughout any angle up to 45 degrees, providing 100% strength even when the steering is turned to lock. All RCV Axles are backed with a Lifetime Warranty against breakage up to a 37" tire.
